A: Yes, we have factory, and with 5 years of production experience.

2. Where is your factory located in?
A: Shangxue technology park, A zone, No.2,3rd floor, Bantian street,

3. What the delivery time for a normal order?
A: 1-7 days.If quantity is very large, delivery time will be settle accordingly.

4. Can I customize packing and logo?
A: Yes. We have designer, can help to draw out the design for customer`s confirmation. Not only logo on the blender but also on
the package are acceptable. We can accept small MOQ customization.

5. How should I place an order?
A. We have professional sales team, just send us your requirement such as model, colors, quantity, logo, and package design, when all details are confirmed, we will send you a contract, once the contract confirmed, you will get a trade insurance order link to proceed payment. After receiving payment, we will start production. You will be updated once production finished.

6. How I make the payment?
A: We accept Western Union, T/T by offline as well as trade insurance order payment through credit card or Money gram. For small order, we would like full payment before production, for large order , we would like to accept 30% deposit before production and balance before once production finished.

7. Can I order a sample before ordering bulk?
A: Yes, of course. You can order a sample from our product link, then we will arrange shipment of the sample. Or you can contact our customer service people to to create on order link for you to make payment. If you want to customize the sample with your logo, please also contact our customer service people for the logo details, we can do a mock up for free for your reference before you make payment. You will see how your logo looks like on our blenders.

8. How long will you take to make a sample?
A: For sample orders, if you order from our stocks without logo, it will take only 1-2 day after you make payment. Some customers may want to put logo on the samples, in that case, then the production time is 3-5 working days after payment. The customer service people will inform you after the samples have been sent out and give you tracking number.A.
